"Inner Demon"

My photographic series explores how mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression, affect our daily emotions, thoughts, and activities. It is based on my personal experiences and the stories of those around me. With the global commonness of mental health issues rising to 32% in 2023, according to Statista, the project feels both relevant and timely. My work aims to foster empathy and reduce mental health stigma, encouraging open conversations. It is created with the hope that those who face these challenges and those who support them feel seen and understood.
